Position: Commercial Roofing Superintendent

Job Description: As a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial roofing projects in the Boise area. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Supervising and coordinating roofing crews and subcontractors
• Ensuring that all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Managing project schedules and budgets
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality control
• Communicating with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial roofing projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual is a plus
