Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and multinational team within WRS.

In this role you will be:
  • Assisting senior consultants in identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for various job roles across our Energies industry.
  • Learning to conduct qualification calls, assess candidate suitability, and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
  • Gaining insights into client relationship management by understanding their recruitment needs and tailoring candidate recommendations accordingly.
  • Developing expertise in using recruitment software and databases to track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable advice to candidates and clients.

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have a confident approach.

  • Have a proven track record of high achievement in previous roles.
Intensive training is provided to all new hires covering business development, client and candidate management and recruitment best practices.
