Warranty Manager - Residential Construction

 

Overview

We are seeking an experienced warranty manager for a leading shell contractor based in Tampa Bay, Florida, with daily travel obligations. Reporting to the Director of Construction, the warranty manager will operate in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and responsible for leading the coordination and oversight of multiple construction repair and warranty projects, providing administrative support to customers, service technicians, and regional teams. The warranty manager will be team-oriented and have exceptionally high work standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Provide high level of customer service to builders, homeowners, subcontractors, and team members.

2. Take ownership of resolving escalated customer issues.

3. Respond to all incoming warranty requests per standard procedures.

4. Troubleshoot construction issues, determine warranty coverage, and communicate with customers.

5. Schedule all punchout and repair jobs for the communities.

6. Maintain thorough documentation of all warranty related communications.

7. Provide accurate and timely information to Director on progress and scopes of warranty work.

8. Lead the administrative process for managing and reporting warranty claims.

9. Implement production, productivity, quality, customer service standards.

10. Daily travel obligation across the Regions.

10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions.

 

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in the construction industry.

2. Bachelor’s degree in construction or business preferred.

3. A track record of exception performance in fast-paced high-growth environments.
