Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project HSE Manager to join a dynamic offshore installation project. The role involves ensuring the correct development, management, and continuous improvement of the project’s HSE Management System throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC). This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing all HSE personnel and ensuring compliance with client, company, and international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Project HSE Management System.
  • Provide expert HSE advice and support to the Project Director and Management team.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of all project HSE personnel across design offices and worksites.
  • Ensure project activities align with contractual and regulatory HSE requirements, including ISO14001, ISO45001, and OSHAS18001 standards.
  • Conduct risk management activities, including HAZOP, HAZID, and risk assessments.
  • Oversee environmental compliance and implement mitigation measures.
  • Develop emergency preparedness and response plans.
  • Conduct HSE audits and performance monitoring across project sites.
  • Coordinate HSE training programs and awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure effective permit management and compliance tracking.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in HSE management within offshore projects.
  • Strong knowledge of international safety standards and risk management processes.
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Experience in conducting HSE audits and compliance assessments.
  • Ability to develop and implement HSE strategies and training programs.
