As a Business Development Manager at WRS, my role revolves around expanding and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients within the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors. I work closely with international clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment services that match project requirements. I focus on developing new business opportunities whilst ensuring long-term partnerships are maintained and built on trust.

The best thing about working at WRS is the people, and the company commitment to delivering results. I am encouraged to think outside the box, and I am given the freedom to adapt to the ever-changing dynamic of the global energy sectors. There is a strong collaborative culture at WRS, with high level of support and innovation.

My dream dinner party guests would be David Attenborough, Roy Keane, Usain Bolt, Bob Marley and Jane Goodall.

If I weren’t in recruitment, with the knowledge I have now I would likely pursue a career in the energy sector itself, working towards the future of energy. Alternatively, I am passionate about running and Thai boxing, so would love to explore a career within this.

If I won the lottery, I would spend more time on pursuing my passions. I would split my time between some sort of tropical location, and being with family and friends. I would travel a lot more, embracing new cultures and food. Eventually settling and opening some form of dog rescue home.
