My role involves leading a team of Account Managers in the UK, while also overseeing operations for our East Africa joint venture. Collaborating with colleagues from diverse cultures, embracing their differences, and using my experience to help them thrive is very rewarding.

In my opinion, the best part of working for WRS is the sense of community and the support from Senior Management in areas such as internal job transitions, flexible working arrangements, and promotions. This is huge for the morale.

My dream dinner party guests would be Matthew McConaughey,  Plato (philosopher), and Cher.

If I were to change careers, I would open a rescue centre for ex racehorses.

If I won the lottery, I would buy properties in each of my favourite countries, invest in companies I am fond of, and support my family.
