Hi, I’m Richard and I’m the Operational Coordinator for WRS. In my role I’m responsible for a variety of tasks, from supporting recruiters with administrative duties to managing databases and ensuring efficient workflows. My role overall ensures smooth day-to-day operations for the entire team.

For me the best part about working at WRS is the culture! Our teams are hardworking, supportive and friendly, which make it a great place to work.

My dream dinner party guests are Michael Dunlop, John McGuiness & Guy Martin (Motorcycle racers basically!).

If I wasn’t in recruitment, I’d be a motorcycle mechanic or maybe even a motorcycle racer (I wish).

If I won the lottery, I’d travel a lot and help support my friends, family and some charities as well.
