Hi, I’m Sarah, and I’m currently part of the Central Support Team at Worldwide Recruitment Solutions, where I work as the HR Business Partner (HRBP). In this role, I’m responsible for overseeing the company’s HR, Learning and Development, and Internal Recruitment functions, ensuring they align with the business’s strategic objectives. My duties include providing HR guidance, supporting employee development initiatives, and managing internal recruitment to meet the organisation’s evolving needs

I can bring a creative approach to my role, developing ideas and solutions that help the business grow. I genuinely enjoy working with colleagues from all areas of the business and building strong, lasting relationships. As someone who’s dedicated to service, my focus is on providing the support needed to help the organisation thrive. I’m also passionate about employee wellbeing, ensuring that everyone feels valued, supported, and able to flourish both in and outside of work.

My dream dinner party guests are my late nana, Charles Darwin, and Professor Brian Cox!

If I wasn’t in recruitment, I’d either be a florist or a dog groomer.

If I won the lottery, I would ensure that my family and I have enough to live comfortably, before using any remaining resources to support those less fortunate. My primary focus would be on tackling homelessness, directing funds towards support centres, and initiatives that can make a real difference to people’s lives.
