A UK Top 5 National Main Contractor was recruiting for a brand new position of Technical Bid Writer.
The client was struggling to fill the position and had exhausted their internal processes and PSL agencies. WRS had no previous engagement with the client but contacted them to put forward our solution.
WRS headhunted three exceptional candidates from rival companies, all of whom were unknown to the client. All three passed an initial technical capability assessment and interview and were then put through a simulated bid. One candidate was selected, and subsequently accepted. The client remarked that it was very difficult to choose the candidate from the 3 selected due to the high calibre submitted by WRS.
