WRS are looking for an Asset Manager (solar) on behalf of our client who is one of the leading third party service providers in the renewable energy sector.
You could be joining a thriving company who are going through substantial growth with the renewable sector.

As an Asset Manager you will be joining the UK technical asset team to assist in the operational control of all aspects of each project, analyse data, rectify issues, drive performance and quality improvements.

The main responsibilities include:

• Manage assets on a day-to-day basis
• Be the Client’s point of contact & address Client’s request pertaining to the managed assets
• Perform Operational Controller duties
• Prepare client reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual)
• Be responsible for daily solar status monitoring
• Carry out performance analysis
• Be responsible for Site Logbook monitoring
• Collection, interpretation and presentation of data extracted from SCADA
• Complete initial fault investigation
• Create and review Health and Safety plans
• Ensure HSE & statutory compliance of the asset
• Carry out visual site inspections
• Assist in populating contractual reports
• Monitor O&M’s and service provider’s performance and contractual obligations
• Look for technical improvement solutions
• When needed, assist financial teams on asset budget calculation & cost tracking
• Responsible for general administration of each project & ensure project files are up to date and update them as required.
• When needed, represent the company in industry events and workshops
• Follow internal guidelines and processes.

Role Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, (ideally electrical, renewable energy engineering or similar) 
• 3 years+ experience as an asset manager
• Highly proficient in using Office 365, EXCEL, VLOOK UP, PIVOT etc.
• Languages: English, French can be a strong advantage.
