NHBC Assistant Site Manager for new private development in Sheffield

WRS are working directly with the Area Construction Manager for a reputable and quality driven northern new build house builder. They are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager on a brand new site in Sheffield with immediate effect.

The Company:
The business operates throughout the Midlands, Northwest, Yorkshire, Northeast and Scotland. With a high specification, they built over 1,800 new homes in 2017. They are driven by two things, building quality homes safely. Operating under NHBC guideline, in recent years they have produced Multiple Pride in The Job Award Winners and Seals of Excellences.

Location:
Sheffield

The Role:
The development is a brand new scheme consisting of 228 dwellings consisting of 3 and 4 bed semi-detached and detached dwellings to £400k sale values. You would be joining a newly established team with the Senior Site Manager joining the business in June.

Suitable candidates will have:
Experience in building high quality homes at a fast pace to reach targets within budget.
Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a new build House Builder.
Suitable candidates will be fully conversant with all aspects of house building including traditional (essential) and timber frame (advantageous).
You must have the following up-to-date certificates; First Aid, SMSTS and a valid CSCS Card.

Package:
A basic salary from £36,000 to £39,000 is provided in addition to a company car or £4k allowance, fuel card, competitive pension, private healthcare package, target driven bonuses of 13%.

Additionally there is excellent scope to progress, the Construction Director wants ambitious, motivated individuals who are keen to earn their stripes and move up the ladder.
