Assistant Site Manager Looking for a new opportunity

WRS have got an exciting new opportunity for an up and coming Assistant Site Manager looking to gain knowledge and experience working for a great company. The role will be based in the South Yorkshire region. The site will be 130 new build houses consisting of 3,4 and 5 bed homes. We are ideally looking for someone from a new build residential background looking to grow their knowledge working for a fantastic company.

Company Summary -
This is a well-established company looking to keep growing in the region, they have been going from strength to strength over the past couple of years. They have a number of sites across the region look to keep growing where they can.

The ideal candidate for this position will be reporting into the Site Manager, they will ensure the construction of the development proceeds efficiently, in accordance with the programme and within budgeted costs. Will also be helping with the health and safety of the site ensuring it is at a high level. This is a massive opportunity for an aspiring assistant site manager looking to gain huge experience working for a great company.

Other responsibilities will be supervising all sub-contract labour, to co-ordinate the activities of all the trades and disciplines involved on site so that all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme, quality and cost standards required by the Company.

Suitable Candidates -
- Will come from a Residential background and ideally have hands on Site Management experience in the new build private Housing sector
- Have worked under NHBC or LABC guidelines and possess a proven track record of delivering Building Control approvals
- Be able to demonstrate commitment to delivering excellent standards of quality and health and safety legislation and the requirements that this has for construction sites throughout all stages of the programme.
- Will hold a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate

Salary and Package -
A basic salary of £36,000 - £39,000
Offer a bonus of 13.5% that will be payed quarterly
They after a 10% allowance for a car where your fuel would be reimbursed, or there will be a company car available where you will get a fuel card. In addition there is a healthcare scheme and a pension.
