Job Title: B2b Sales Officer – Food sector

Role Purpose:
To drive sales growth by identifying potential customers, presenting products effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
  • Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Collect payments and handle necessary documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0–1 year in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn. Strong English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong planning, follow-up, and collaboration skills.
  • Be Kurdish from Iraq and fluent in the Kurdish language
  • Have a sales background along with food technology or a related field
