Reporting to the Divisional Manager. A Business Development Manager will work as part of a dynamic and multinational team within WRS.

This role will suit an experienced recruitment consultant seeking a more BD focused role, or an existing business development consultant or a professional with the necessary attributes.

Job Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for attracting new business to WRS whilst building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their clients’ recruitment needs and requirements.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business, overcoming challenges and to determine relevant solutions. With these responsibilities, their position plays a crucial role in any company's growth and success.

They will also work closely with other key members of the sales team to meet the company’s objectives, principal of which is growing the business rapidly and profitably.  The Business Development Manager will be supported by the Sales Director and will be at the forefront of leading the sales growth of WRS Inc.

The Business Development Manager will have the ability to analyse company performance to drive improvements both operationally and strategically.  An understanding of the company, clients, markets and staff will be key to leading the change that is required to drive WRS and support the company vision
