Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and analysis of civil engineering solutions.
- Apply technical skills in pond design, stormwater management, drainage, collection, and conveyance.
- Understand and work with water/wastewater systems and roadway/transportation design.
- Navigate jurisdictional agencies for permitting requirements and prepare necessary permit applications.
- Oversee project management and budgeting efforts.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of engineers and support staff.
- Prepare technical and progress reports as requested by management and clients.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Civil3D, Microsoft 365, and modeling software like ICPR.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida or ability to obtain certification.
- Strong experience in the civil engineering industry.
