We are seeking a Civil Engineer (PE) to join our expanding team of professionals in our Mobile, AL office. Under the direction of the Federal Market Director, you will assist in the design, development, implementation, and analysis of civil engineering projects primarily related to federal infrastructure programs with the US Army Corps of Engineers. This is a strategic opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate ready to be part of a multi-discipline team focused on delivering innovative infrastructure solutions for federal civil projects.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.
- Execute technical tasks in stormwater pond design, drainage, collection, and conveyance.
- Apply technical skills in water/wastewater systems and site/transportation design.
- Collaborate with jurisdictional agencies to determine permit requirements and prepare necessary documentation.
- Work closely with a team of engineers and support staff.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and other documentation as requested by management and clients.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
- 4-10 years of experience in the civil engineering industry or a related field.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Alabama or the ability to obtain Alabama and Florida licensure in the near term.
