Claims Manager - Maintenance, Repairs and Refurbishment
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Claims Manager to work on planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and refurbishment.
The role is for someone who is self-motivated and can work on their own initiative. You will be predominantly working within a residential environment, although there will be some exposure to commercial claims.
The key goal is to provide excellent customer service to clients via clear verbal and written communication and good organisational skills to manage jobs in a timely and efficient manner.
As a Claims Manager you will be expected to:
• Strong verbal and written communication. A significant part of the role is telephone based.
• Strong IT skills - knowledge of Microsoft office essential
• Problem-solving, organisation, initiative, time management, team work, self motivation
• Building knowledge & experience would be advantageous for your transitional into the role - however an experienced team is available to assist with any queries or concerns.
