Construction Manager - Saudi Arabia

On behalf of a major EPC client, WRS are looking for a Construction Manager to work in Saudi Arabia on a permanent, residential basis. The role will be based in Riyadh, rotating 6 days/1 day on site.

The position will be managing the construction of multiple water transmission / water pipeline projects.

Duties: 

• Lead and manage construction teams to deliver high-quality projects
• Develop and implement construction strategies and plans
• Monitor progress and performance to ensure project milestones are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address any construction-related issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management
• Experience in Water Transmission and Pipeline is essential
• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing large-scale construction projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus
