Job Title: Controller  
Location: Orlando, Florida
Company Overview: WRS is represenitng a leading Commercial General Contractor in Orlando, specializing in commercial construction. We're seeking an experienced Controller to lead our financial operations and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview: The Controller will oversee daily accounting activities, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:
   • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
   • Prepare and review financial statements.
   • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
   • Oversee Payroll, Lein Releases, Cut checks, reconcile bank & credit statements. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 5 years of experience in accounting management, preferably in the construction industry (General Contractor exp is a must)
• Proficient in QuickBooks & Redteam ].
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
