CTT Plant Manager Mozambique
Job description
On behalf of a global Energies operator WRS are searching for a Plant Manager for a major project constructing a Power Plant in Mozambique. The role will be offered on a staff direct hire basis and offer competitive salary.

Successful Candidates require:
Education:
A degree in engineering or business is a plus but relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Experience
Minimum 15 years experience in the operations or maintenance of a large power plant; at least 10 years of which have been in a senior operations role; preference will be given to candidates who have at least 3 years experience as plant manager or deputy manager.
Experienced people manager able to demonstrate success and a key interest in people development, management, coaching, motivation and communication.
Experienced in re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
Previous experience working on combined cycle plants / power plants
Previous experience training and managing teams of local and multinational work force
Portuguese or Spanish speaking is a must.
