Job Title: Digitalisation Lead

WRS are looking for an innovative Digitalisation Lead to join a Major Operator in Kurdistan. In this pivotal role, you will be in charge of integrating cutting-edge digital technologies and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the clients business goals, focusing on AI, real-time monitoring, and innovative technologies.
• Oversee the implementation of digital projects, ensuring they achieve strategic objectives and deliver measurable improvements.
• Identify and implement best practices and digital solutions to drive operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to advance digital initiatives.
• Monitor digital technologies to ensure they provide tangible benefits and support our long-term strategy.
• Lead training programs to enhance digital skills and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Uphold high standards of data security, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing business plans, budgets, and forecasts, and recommend process improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geosciences, or Chemical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 10 years in leadership roles focused on digital transformation.
• Demonstrated success in implementing digital solutions within the industry.
• Advanced understanding of digital technologies, AI, machine learning, and real-time data monitoring.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities, with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication.
• Deep understanding of the operational, technical, and business challenges in the oil and gas sector
