Role Description:
- You will have a number of Dicipline engineers as direct reports
- Providing technical discipline engineering management and support across the full lifecycle of developments and assets; predevelopments, development and operational assets, in doing so acting at the Facilities Engineering Authority for the client
- Management of the delivery of technical engineering packages of work in a structured and efficient project definition and execution manner
- Identification, development, evaluation and priorities of technical improvement opportunities & any technology evaluation and adoption.
- Oversight of proposed changes (MOCs) within the outsourced duty holder(s).
Requirements:
- Chartered Engineer
- Experience of technical engineering discipline management across both projects and operations.
- Have a broad understanding of all technical disciplines required to safely and efficiently manage on and offshore projects & assets.
- A strong appreciation on major accident safety and the support/decisions to manage technical risk at all asset lifecycle stages.
- North Sea Experience.
- Operator Experience
- Brownfield Experience
