Job Summary:

seeking a proactive Junior Account Executive to join our commercial sales team, specializing in managing small accounts.
This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their career in the telecom industry, focusing on client relationship management and revenue growth within a defined portfolio of small accounts.

  Responsibilities:  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for small and medium account clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify opportunities within small and medium accounts to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of products, services, and solutions.
  • Develop and execute account strategies tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of small and medium account clients.
  • Achieve and maintain company-set sales targets through effective account management and business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and service delivery, to deliver exceptional services.
  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to effectively communicate our solutions and value proposition to clients.
  • Support contract discussions and negotiations as needed to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with new and existing clients.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to sales management, utilizing CRM tools to track and manage client interactions.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, technology, business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  • IT literate and able use to MS tools such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint…etc.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
  • Interest in telecommunications and technology, with a willingness to learn about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel for client meetings and industry events.
