Are you interested in joining one of Europe's largest generators of renewable energy projects?

My client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant. 

This role will be focused on a variety of responsibilities that will aid the Director to support all aspects of his daily work routine.
 
Key responsibilities 

  • Maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Director, staff and the public.
  • Coordinate work with other staff as needed; play a key role in the
    coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the department.
  • Assist in office activities and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution, and training; as well as in fostering collaboration of end-users and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the Office of the Director, including helping to coordinate the work of the different groups and providing administrative support for governance meetings.
  • Sort and triage mail; maintain e-mail and other address directories.
Do you have:

  • Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team.
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with services and high-profile industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
