I am working on behalf of my client for a FERC Regulatory Program Director, to be based in Houston, TX. The role is an exciting opportunity to become part of an international company specialising in technical expertise and advice in the energy, chemical and resource sectors.

This position will be to provide senior leadership of FERC Regulatory and permit requirements for EPC services, including supervising development and implementation of plans to ensure compliance. You will be developing and leading a program to ensure compliance, provide engineering advice and leadership, and connect with clients to provide environmental, engineering and operational support. 

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Degree in engineering/environmental science/environmental planning or similar
  • 20+ years of experience
  • Commitment to HSE leadership
  • Knowledge in environmental and regulatory issues associated with energy development and operation 
  • Leadership responsibilities driving FERC process including implementation with license environmental requirements 
  • Successful management experience 
  • Technical reporting 
  • Preparation of proposals, budgets etc
