Field Sales Specialist

Job description

On behalf of an international company, WRS is hiring Local candidates for the position of Field Sales Specialist.

Location:            Baghdad
Open to:             Iraqi Locals only 
Working type:   Full time 



Tasks and Responsibilities:
    • Daily monitoring the market situation.
    • Understanding Iraq Market and customer mentality and demand.
    • Reporting daily routine tasks on time.
    • Following up sales trends and analyzing the results.
    • Following up Dealers operational process and support in weak points.
    • Continuous check of fleet inquiries and guidance for dealers to meet TSC standards of both TIQ and TMC and ensure zero breache.
    • Continuous market surveys and monitoring Grey and competitors’ situations with providing analysis.
    • Immediate report of all above and any related topics that impact the business.
    • Travel throughout the territory and visit dealers regularly.
    • Providing market intelligence and analysis.
    • Educate dealers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
    • Lost sales analysis and reporting the results quarterly basis.
    • Showroom display-vehicles follow up in dealers’ outlet and guide dealers to maximize up to TMC standards.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering.
    • 1-2 years of similar work experience, preferably in Automotive sales.
    • Fluency in English and Arabic.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
    • Open to travel throughout Iraq.
    • Iraqi nationality.

    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Active team player.
    • Result oriented towards achieving sales’ target
    • Multitasking, able to manage multiple dealers’ tasks and inquiries simultaneously.
    • Understands the importance and sensitivity of all information's within the organization and meet high confidentiality standards.
    • Analyzing skills. Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
    • Strong Negotiation skills. Negotiation with dealers and customers.
