Job Title: Foreman

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and guide workers according to the approved drawings and work plans.
• Allocate tasks to skilled and unskilled labor and ensure proper work sequencing.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with specifications, method statements, and safety requirements.
• Monitor workmanship quality, productivity, and progress, and report any issues or delays.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used on site.
• Enforce site safety rules and PPE compliance at all times.
• Coordinate with site engineers and other foremen to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Assist during inspections and ensure correction of any non-conforming works.
• Maintain daily manpower and activity records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Technical diploma or relevant trade certification preferred
• Minimum 5–10 years of construction experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman
• Experience in high-rise or large-scale projects preferred
• Good leadership and communication skills
