FPSO Assistance Service for FPSO-SURF Package
Location: Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France
Start Date: 5 May 2025
Contract Duration: 1-year (renewable)
Status: Residential (5 days/week)
Scope: Subsea wells tied to a spread-moored FPSO (75kbopd oil, 60kbopd water injection, 400MMscfd gas reinjection)
Role Overview Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the FPSO Project Team. Support the FPSO Package Manager in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment for the Kaminho project.
Key Responsibilities
- HSE compliance and promotion of TotalEnergies safety culture
- Onboarding coordination and visitor management
- Mission/travel booking, visa arrangements, and expense handling
- Maintain directories, schedules, timesheets, and expense notes
- Diary management and document handling for the FPSO Package Manager
- Office supplies coordination and logistics support
- Meeting and event organization (internal/external)
- Liaison with contractor assistants and HQ offices
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in similar administrative roles within the energy or industrial sector
- Strong command of English; Chinese is a plus
- Proficient in TotalEnergies tools (Treck, Giseh, iDeal, WeCare, SharePoint)
- Previous FPSO or offshore project experience preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented
