General Foreman

Job Title: General Foreman

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all site foremen and workforce to ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedule.
• Manage daily site operations, including work planning, sequencing, and manpower allocation across multiple work fronts.
• Ensure construction works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, and progress, and report issues or delays to the Site Construction Supervisor.
• Coordinate closely with site engineers to ensure correct implementation of drawings, levels, and dimensions.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and tools are available on site as planned.
• Enforce HSE requirements, safe work practices, and PPE compliance.
• Support site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented for any non-conformances.
• Maintain daily site records, manpower deployment, and progress logs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to ensure smooth execution of works.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or technical qualification in construction or related field preferred
• Minimum 8–15 years of construction experience
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a General Foreman on large-scale or high-rise projects
• Strong leadership, coordination, and site management skills
