Role Purpose

Manage all KYC and Bank documentation requirement for the group in timely and effective manner.

Role & Responsibilities
• Manage activities and team as required
• Supervise and ensure compliance with KYC policy. Where required, improve KYC policy
• Provide direction and mentoring to KYC team while monitor all KYC matters
• Work effectively with all internal stakeholders - Business, Legal, Finance, Management
• Review, negotiate and finalise all bank trade finance facilities, including ancillary documentation, in a timely manner and to the best interest of the Group
• In coordination and with the support of Legal, review, negotiate and finalise ISDA agreements in timely manner and to be to the best interest of the Group
• Provide support for documentation to any other non-trade finance facilities e.g. corporate loans, project finance etc.
Skills Required
• Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• In-depth experience in banking documentation process and requirement
• Excellent familiarity with PCG's, security agreements, account opening documentation, etc.
• Experience in using analytical tools and KYC automated solutions
• Familiarity with energy trading structures
• Highly resourceful and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
• Proficiency in English, with knowledge with of another European, Middle Eastern language is preferred
• Able to lead a team and build relationships internally and externally
• Proactive, focussed and comfortable to work within deadlines.

Education & Experience

University degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience in Trade finance Documentation within financial and/or commodity markets. Some previous KYC experience is a must. Previous exposure to ISDA will be a plus.
