Title: HR & Talent Advisor
Location: Erbil Office
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday

Position Summary:
The HR & Talent Advisor plays a critical role in leading end-to-end HR processes for expatriate staff within technical and support functions, as well as organizational performance management program.
The position will also play a critical role providing HR with Project & Advisory Support for future expansion.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Personnel Management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for expatriate positions, including technical and support functions.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, hiring managers, and relocation service providers to ensure seamless hiring and mobilization.
- Support visa and residency processing in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all expatriate employees across HRIS and manual trackers ensuring accurate and timely reporting (external and internal).
Performance Management
- Lead the annual performance review cycle for expatriate staff, ensuring effective goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and development planning.
- Design and implement a Management Trainee / Leadership Academy program to build internal local talent pipelines and prepare future leaders.
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements to support career progression and localization goals.
Project & Advisory Support
- Support HR strategic initiatives, expansion projects, and change management efforts as needed.
- Provide comprehensive HR support in collaboration with other HR subfunctions such as compensation, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, systems, and practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years HR experience with a focus on expatriate management, recruitment, and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of residency and labor compliance processes for international assignments.
- Experience with HRIS systems and strong data management skills.
