HR Manager (Contract Logistics)

Job description

We are currently representing our client, a third party logistics service provider to recruit for a dynamic HR Manager. It will be an exciting opportunity for you to be working in a dynamic environment and working with senior stakeholders.

Location - West Side of Singapore

As the HR Manager, you will set the tone for the entire human resources department. From employee relations to payroll to compliance issues, the HR department helps ensure that an organization runs smoothly, and the Human Resources Manager is at the helm. You will be responsible for the following;

  • Responsible for a full spectrum of HR activities across the employee lifecycle
  • Lead the HR Team to ensure the achievement & realization of the strategy & plan.
  • HR Business Partnering & Stakeholder (internal & external) Management
  • Training & Development
  • Familiar with Labour union and able to work well across all levels
  • Strategy and Budget planning
  • Organizational Development and Change Management

We are looking for candidates with at least 7 years of HR experience ideally from Logistics or Manufacturing industry with demonstrated competence in leading teams and organizing and executing strategic plans. Candidates should be able to show how their previous jobs gave them experience with employment and labor laws, conflict resolution, compensation strategy and stakeholder management.
