Information Management Methods & Data Engineer - Paris

On behalf of a major EPC client, WRS are looking for an Information Management Methods & Data Engineer to work in Paris on a contract, residential basis. This will be a 12 month renewable contract, based residentiall in Paris, paying an all-inclusive day rate in Euro.

Job Duties:

• Be responsible for deploying the Engineering Data Warehouse on the project (Master Tag Index, Equipment List, Requisition module, etc.), while adapting the configuration to the Project's needs:
• Understand the standard content of the Engineering Data Warehouse.
• Analyze the specificities of the project and define the necessary configurations (views, check mechanisms, import configurations, definition of export formats and mappings, etc.).
• Initial level configurations.
• Writing specifications and clarifications with the administrator team.
• Monitoring the configuration by the administrators.
• Testing before deployment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Have a strong interest in data, mastery of databases, and handling large volumes of data.
• Ideally, know AVEVA ENGINEERING (used as an Engineering Data Warehouse), or at least have experience with other databases (data model, configuration, loading, data quality, etc.).
• Right to work in the EU
