IT Security Officer

Our company has partnered with a leading Financial Institution to source for their Technology Team. This role will be based in the Singapore office.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse and Document Security related matter
  • Identify, prioritize, and analyse existing and potential risk, threats and vulnerabilities
  • Document approved security policy to protect data and system integrity and privacy
  • Document the security system
• Manage security review and monitoring
  • Manage vendors to formulate periodic review of the security and control of systems and network
  • Manage IT security issue
  • Manage vendor analysis of security exception logs
  • Lead in IT security risk analysis activities
  • Manage the monitoring of security patches, notification and advisory
  • Manage vulnerability identification
• Manage handling of security alert
  • Manage the monitor and investigation of intrusion alerts raised
  • Review the daily security exception log
  • Manage and provide support to resolve daily network and system security related issue
  • Manage and provide support in implementing IT security operational procedures
• Provide technical information on security related matters
  • Provide technical IT security advisories for application
  • Provide technical support on IT security for projects as requested by management
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, accounting, or other relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience
• Ability to take on full ownership for delivering a project, within Company policies and guidelines, with limited supervision
• Fluent in English and confident to express opinions and lead discussions
