Lead Operations Engineer
Kingston Upon Thames (Hybrid working) 

We are seeking a Lead Operations Engineer,  who will be contributing to the installation of offshore infrastructure for a major field development project. This role involves leading the readiness of a semi-submersible heavy lift vessel and overseeing offshore construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review technical documents, procurement plans, and installation engineering.
• Lead subcontracting activities and coordinate with vessel management teams.
• Oversee mobilization and demobilization of the vessel and marine spread.
• Ensure the successful execution of offshore operations as the project representative.
• Manage project close-out and invoicing processes.

Requirements:

• Strong background in offshore engineering and operations.
• Experience with large-scale offshore installation projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
