Maintenance Administrator

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

To populate and develop the site Pirana maintenance and stock control management system. Set up plant hierarchy to include sites at a national level. Develop maintenance tasks along with associated safe systems of work and risk assessments. Schedule all tasks to ensure Production losses are minimised. Develop stores to operate at location level along with asset linked part numbers. Optimise held site spares. Set management levels for accurate / on time reorders. Create BOM's for all refurbishment works. Collate and attach all relevant plant documentation using root directory system. Develop and then implement site wide training package. Create and update engineering training matrix. Carry out audits and development of both maintenance and stores management systems.

Operational Activities (not exhaustive)

·Generate and issue to Supervisor PM work orders
·Ensure all used parts via work order feedback are relayed to Supervisor
·Audit maintenance / stores system for correct input / operation
·Continuously update system for site changes / additions / modifications
·Develop reports and KPI's as required by site management
·Train additional staff as required (local and national level)
·Assess levels of corrective works and added value of PM tasks
·Carry out procurement as required by Supervisor

Health and Safety
·Ensure a thorough knowledge of your Health & Safety responsibilities.
·Always wear Personal Protective Equipment as required. Take responsibility for your own PPE ensuring appropriate storage and care.
·Always strive to work in a manner safe to yourself and others and report any hazards immediately.
·Ensure all staff and visitors operate in compliance with Safety regulations
·Full responsibility for the safety of team members
·Actively participate in addressing Safety, Health and Environmental issues affecting the production areas, ensuring the relevant S, H&E checks are carried out.
·Full knowledge of the Plant Emergency Procedures and associated responses are required
·Active in risk assessment generation

·Accredited qualification in Maintenance Systems
·Accredited qualification in Electrical / mechanical role

Specific Knowledge and Experience
·Minimum 10 years' experience of development of CMMS from varied industries
