Field Engineer MWD, II – Sperry Drilling
Location: Stavanger, Norway
We seek experienced MWD/LWD Engineers for our Measurement While Drilling department. This role involves working at rigsite locations or a Real-Time monitoring center.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver LWD services on-site or remotely.
- Ensure quality assurance of drilling and formation data.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to customer representatives.
- Adhere to HSE standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of MWD/LWD experience.
- Experience with Sonic, Formation Testing, NMR, EarthStar, and reservoir mapping tools.
- iStar technology experience is a plus.
- BSc/MSc in Petroleum Engineering, Science, or related field preferred.
- Offshore safety certification.
- Fluent in English (Scandinavian language preferred).
