We are currently seeking an organised Office/Facilities Coordinator to join our busy office based in Altrincham.

What's the opportunity?

Day to day you will be expected to ensure that the office environment is kept to a high standard. The successful candidate will arrange any maintenance required throughout the building, resolve IT / telephone issues whilst liaising with third parties, book and prepare internal meeting rooms and ensure that the room is set up in advance.

Additional day to day duties include general administration, diary management and assisting senior heads with general adhoc requirements.

Is it right for you?

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years' experience of working within a busy office environment, be a knowledgeable and skilled with Microsoft and Outlook functions.
