At WRS we are thrilled to be representing a leading international development firm who are looking for an Onshore Consents Advisor. My client operates in all parts of the energy value chain, from sourcing windfarm acreage to the sale of electricity in the global market, developing renewable energy production in the UK, Scandinavia and Italy.
Your responsibilities will include.

• Supporting the Senior Development Manager and other team members to manage onshore consenting, compliance and environmental risks during the development (EIA) phase.
• Support management on onshore survey contractors
• Ensure key project Development documentation including commitments register, budget trackers, risk register and programme are kept up to date; and
• Assist in management of procurement strategy and requirements for consenting related activities (e.g. project surveys, consultancy work etc) and take forward recommendations for project approval
• Engage with regulators, statutory bodies, communities and other stakeholders
