WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced Party Chief to join one of many ongoing Geophysical Survey Project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing offshore geophysical campaigns, overseeing survey administration, equipment handling, and team leadership.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years in marine offshore geophysical surveys
- Supervisory/leadership experience in offshore projects
- Proficiency with GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS)
- Strong understanding of survey equipment, data quality, and project execution
- Offshore experience with risk assessments, HSE procedures, and vessel operations
- Expertise as a surveyor / survey technician is a plus (cable repairs/fabrication, …).
- Expertise as a data processor is a plus.
Certifications Needed:
- Master’s degree in earth sciences, engineering, hydrography or related field.
- EU Work permit and VISA.
- Offshore medical certificate.
- GWO or BOSIET (or STCW) certified for the full expected project duration.
- Driver’s license is a plus.
