Process Wells Site Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring optimal planning, resource allocation, and schedule optimisation.
  • Manage multidiscipline teams and contractors, ensuring compliance with specifications, task identification, and mobilisation of required tools, spares, equipment, and personnel.
  • Coordinate with construction teams and contractors to facilitate seamless commissioning processes.
  • Ensure accurate population and validation of the ICAPS database.
  • Develop and implement handover plans and strategies, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
  • Lead daily site management meetings, driving execution of commissioning and start-up activities.
  • Ensure safe and efficient commissioning execution, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Supervise contractor pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with standards and methodologies.
  • Manage SIMOPS risks and ensure mitigation measures are in place.
  • Conduct Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSSR) prior to major system commissioning and start-up.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in commissioning oil and gas facilities.
  • Proven leadership in commissioning teams, guiding contractors and vendors toward project completion.
  • Strong understanding of oil and gas production operations.
  • Extensive experience in multi-project environments with a sound grasp of technical and commercial risks.
  • Hands-on expertise in OPERCOM methodology and ICAPS.
  • Effective leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Broad technical awareness across disciplines with experience in multi-discipline teams.
