Are you a Procurement Specialist within the Renewable energy sector looking for that next step in your career?

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a French energy producer and service provider operating globally. They are looking for an Procurement Specialist to join their team in either London, Bristol or Reading.

You will be responsible for subcontractor tender process & construction cost management within the construction team.

Key Responsibilities;

• Identifying & managing the tender process for suppliers & subcontractors and liaising with the construction team to assist in final selections.
• Tracking spend, administering budgets across multiple projects to support cost-effective construction & ensuring spend is kept within budget throughout the construction phase.
• Participate in the selection and negotiation with suppliers and participate in the implementation of contracts.
• Coordinating with Project Managers to ensure the procurement of all project portfolios. 

Essential Requirements;

• At least 2 years of experience working in contract management/procurement in the engineering sector ideally within Renewable energy
• Master’s degree in Procurement/Business management/ Finance
• Experience in sourcing strategy and procurement management
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
