Project Engineer- Conductors

On behalf of an independent operator, WRS are looking for Project Engineer- Conductors to work in Aberdeen on a contract basis. This will be a 24 month renewable contract, working Monday-Friday in the clients' offices in Aberdeen, paying a day rate. Please note that this role will be PAYE INSIDE IR35.

Job Duties include:

• Collaborate with Project Manager and Project Leads to support the safe delivery of Define, Execute and Close-out phases of the project.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including risk registers, action trackers, decision registers and other project management and governance documents as noted in the project road map.
• Support the development and consistent application of risk management, change control (MOPC) and plan execution across the project.
• Ensure that all information associated with Well Conductor Integrity is collated into one handover package for each conductor post WDP1/P2 and is adequately communicated to the conductor removal contractor. The package must also highlight any threats associated with safe conductor removal.

Ideal candidate will have:

• MUST have the right to work in the UK
• Degree in engineering discipline
• Current Offshore Medical and Survival Certificate
• Project engineering experience (or similar such as package management)
• Knowledge of decommissioning legislation, engineering techniques, solutions, and challenges
