About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead and manage our commercial construction projects in Fort Lauderdale. You will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from client relations and contract negotiations to project completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead business development efforts and contract negotiations.
- Project Oversight:
- Supervise and guide project teams, including Senior Project Managers and Superintendents.
- Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality goals.
- Leadership:
- Foster a positive team culture and provide mentorship to team members.
- Resolve conflicts and manage team dynamics.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee project budgets, financial reporting, and cash flow.
- Address financial disputes and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on contractual issues.
- Innovation:
- Implement advanced construction techniques and technologies.
- Drive process improvements and innovation within projects.
- 10+ years in commercial construction, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes and best practices. - PMP, LEED AP, or similar certifications are a plus.
