On behalf of a major oil and gas EPC, I am searching for a PTW Coordinator to join them in Oman on a contract going into 2028.
This will be working on the construction of a LNG bunkering hub in Sohar.
12/2 rotations, 6-day site based.
Role
- Coordinate, review, and issue Permit to Work (PTW) systems in compliance with project HSE and operational standards.
- Act as the primary interface between construction teams, subcontractors, and HSE regarding PTW processes.
- Ensure all permits are properly categorised, approved, and cross-referenced with associated risk assessments, isolations, and Job Safety Analyses.
- Maintain an up-to-date PTW register and database; track permit status and closures.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in PTW coordination, preferably within LNG, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
- Proven knowledge of PTW systems, isolation procedures, and construction SIMOPS.
