Main responsible:
Qualifications :
-Education:Chemistry or Food Engineering, Biology or Chemistry
-Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in the food company as quality Engineer.
-Preferred : 1 year experience in quality systems
-Knowledge-Skills: FSSC 22000, ISO – 14001 & ISO – 9001.
-Quality system documentation and knowledge on OHSAS
-English at advanced level.
-Result Orientation

-Development/Innovation.

Main responsible:
- Assess the existing or potential environmental impacts on air, water, and land.
- Monitor operation & maintenance of waste water treatment plant
- Ensure waste water quality as per applicable laws at all times.
- Coordinate to identify, monitor and control execution of initiatives / projects to improve Energy Use Ratio & Water Usage Ratio for manufacturing operations
- Assist QA Manager in implementation of KORE, HACCP and Environment regulations.
- Monitor and report the performance of environmental KPIs & food safety
- Supervision of Housekeeping practices are executed according to GMP
- Monitor and report GMP requirements and all equipment are well maintained at all times to protect against microbiological contamination.
- Timely response / action for any abnormality observed.
- Supporting & facilitating other departments in achieving their targets.
- Any other assignments by management related to HACCP, Environmental and microbiological and food safety.
- Maintain proper documentation and record keeping ensuring compliance to meet the requirements of audits such as KORE Q-1, KORE E-1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, etc.
- Prepare special reports, provide records, documents, routine reports, etc. to management as and when required by the management.
