Position Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Seeking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Sulaymaniyah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, expanding customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned area. This is a field-based role within the FMCG sector, focused on promoting and distributing products to retail and wholesale clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts within the territory.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
- Execute daily market visits to monitor stock levels, product displays, and promotional compliance.
- Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery coordination.
- Work closely with the Area Manager and support teams to implement marketing campaigns and trade promotions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and account status.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of the local market in Sulaymaniyah and surrounding areas.
- Valid driving license is required.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM tools).
- Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic; English is a plus.
