Senior Construction Engineer

On behalf of a major PMC company, WRS are looking for a Senior Construction Engineer to work in Tanzania on a contract on a rotational basis. This will be a long term contract which we be rotating 8x2 in an office role, paying an hourly rate in USD

The role will be to monitor the day-to-day construction activities of the contractors. They will ensure work is carried out using safe working practices and is completed in accordance with codes, standards, drawings and specifications. Deals with technical queries at site level and communicates design changes with Engineering Department

Ideal candidate will have: 

-Degree in Engineering or suitable equivalent (HNC/HNC) with experience as below. 
-Minimum of 10 years’ experience required in Oil & Gas Pipeline construction projects, 
-5 years in similar position for pipeline projects.  
-Must possess construction experience in onshore pipeline installation projects
