Key Responsibilities

Support contract and procurement activities for assigned capital projects.
Advise on complex contract forms: CCFT, OBE/OBT, FEED+.
Develop commercial structures and contract terms for CFT packages.
Evaluate bids and recommend awards.
Promote claim prevention through contract management methods.
Assist project teams in obtaining approvals and navigating project gates.
Contribute to defining contract methods, tools, and competency requirements.
Coach contract engineers with guidance, advice, and training.
Ensure governance of contract processes within the project perimeter.
Maintain regular contact with contract engineers/managers.
Represent contractual subjects in project reviews.
Provide expertise on contracts/claims and offer solutions for resolution.
Advise on claims management, assess major claims, and assist in claim dossier preparation.
Support projects in drafting notices and correspondences to contractors.
