Senior Well Performance Engineer – TAS Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Well Performance Engineer to join our Well Performance Team within the FOPS department. This role is responsible for optimizing well performance, gas lift, and water injection while ensuring operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience in reservoir management and well operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Optimize well performance and ensure efficient gas lift and water injection.
✔ Monitor production and injection shortfalls, implementing corrective actions.
✔ Maintain operational envelopes and ensure compliance with referential limits.
✔ Validate well tests and support production allocation.
✔ Collaborate with asset teams to maximize well and reservoir performance.
✔ Conduct transient pressure interpretation, nodal analysis, and network modeling.
✔ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
🎓 MSc in Reservoir or Petroleum Engineering.
📌 7+ years of experience in well performance and reservoir management.
🔹 Strong operational experience, with exposure to complex field management.
